De Deel
On the ground floor in the original part called “De Deel” (part of the farmhouse where the stables were) of our charming historic farmhouse, we have created a spacious and luxurious suite with all modern comfort. De Deel Suite as we call it has a private entrance, is divided into 3 separate rooms and you have French doors in the front and the back directly into the garden and terrace. The authenticity of this farmhouse from the 18th century can be clearly seen trough the imposing beams and trusses construction which is kept in plain sight.
Our De Deel Suite costs € 142,00 pro night incl. breakfast and taxes, is with the Rivièra Maison interieur very spacious and designed for optimal privacy and a good night’s rest. The sleeping room has a King Size boxspring bed with ecological textile and a King Size Cinderella Bioactive duvet. Our guesthouse is also equipped with air conditioning and a private sauna. By the French doors to the garden is a sitting area with comfortable leather chairs, coffee table, 42”LCD TV and minibar. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a XXL bath with Whirlpool, 2 sinks, shower-/bath—gel, shampoo and soap, bathrobes, bath slippers, hair dryer and towels. There is also a spacious luxury separate walk-in shower with 4 jet streams to refresh or relax. Also small chest of drawers and large wardrobe for clothes and belongings. There is also free Wi-Fi. Our guesthouse is equipped with an electric kettle, high quality Krups Nespresso coffee machine with a selected assortment of quality Nespresso coffee capsules and pure authentic tea of the quality brand Twinnings. The private terrace of De Deel Suite is provided with recliner chairs, table and parasol so you can relax outdoors and enjoy the farmhouse and rural views.
Extra Room
The second spacious back room is so called “en-suite” and can therefore only be booked in combination with the front room of De Hooizolder Suite for an extra charge of € 65,- (high season and low season). This stylish authentic room is furnished with King Size boxspring bed (180 x 220 cm) also with ecological textile and a King Size Bioactive Cinderella duvet. It has also a sitting area with 2 armchairs and coffee table overlooking the meadows and forest, a brocante dressing table and bookcase.
Spacious rooms and farmyard
There is ample parking space on our yard for your car and/or horse trailer and if you bring your own bikes you can park them dry and protected in the lockable barn. With 2,8 acre of land and several terraces the peaceful surroundings and freedom of the country life are well felt and also to experience by sounds of nature as our Bed & Breakfast is located directly to “De Overasseltse en Hatertse Vennen” nature reserve with its rich Flora and Fauna.
Rates and general information
Rates (see: Booking) for De Deel Suite and De Hooizolder Suite with or without the back room are based on 1 night accommodation for 2 persons including Dutch country luxury breakfast with local products and tourist tax. For only De Deel applies unlimited use of the privat sauna. Check-in time is daily from 4:00 pm, check-out time daily at 11:00 am, other time in consultation. Specific times and wishes can be mentioned at booking. Moreover our Bed & Breakfast is non-smoking and not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed! If you have other wishes and/or requests, you can feel free to indicate them in advance.
